Empowering Body, Mind, and NutritionI’m Sanjaya Wickramasinghe, a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Psychological Counsellor, and Nutritionist with over 9 years of experience helping individuals achieve peak physical performance, mental balance, and lasting lifestyle transformation.


My career has been built on one mission — to help people perform, feel, and live better.
With a strong foundation in sports science, psychology, and nutrition, I provide a holistic approach to wellness that strengthens both the body and the mind.
I have served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Sri Lanka Central Province Sports Complex for more than four years, working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts to enhance their performance, endurance, and recovery.
